These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of noriavest.com, owned by Noriavest Capital, S.A. de C.V. By using this site you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.
1. Nature of the service
Noriavest operates as a technological collective funding platform focused on real estate projects. The information published on this site is for informative purposes and does not constitute a public offering of securities or a personalized investment recommendation.
2. Eligibility
To invest through the platform you must be of legal age, have legal capacity and complete the KYC verification process required by the Mexican Fintech Law. Noriavest reserves the right to reject registrations that do not comply with its internal policies.
3. Risks
Real estate investments involve market risk, construction risk, liquidity risk and counterparty risk. The published returns are targets, not guaranteed. Investors must read the memorandum of each transaction before committing capital.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, code) is the property of Noriavest or its licensors and is protected by the Mexican Federal Copyright Law. Its reproduction is forbidden without prior written authorization.
5. Limitation of liability
Noriavest shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions, non-essential typographical errors or investment decisions made based on the information on the site. The platform does not act as an independent financial advisor.
6. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
