Noriavest Capital, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Noriavest"), with offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, 21st floor, Col. Juárez, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect your full name, email address, phone number, city of residence, investor profile and, where applicable, official ID, proof of address and tax ID (RFC) to comply with the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements set by the Mexican Fintech Law.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data will be used to (i) respond to your information request, (ii) onboard you as an investor on the platform, (iii) meet our anti-money laundering obligations, (iv) send commercial communications and quarterly reports and (v) generate internal statistics.

3. Transfers

We may transfer your data to (i) group financial institutions, (ii) Mexican trustees that manage the guarantee trusts, (iii) regulatory authorities (CNBV, CONDUSEF, SAT) when required and (iv) technology providers contracted under confidentiality clauses.

4. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition by sending a request to privacidad@noriavest.com with a copy of your official ID. We will address your request within a maximum of 20 business days.
